Tommy: Happy new years. What happened over your break? How did you spend your Christmas? I love the holidays. I love being forced away from work and having some time to deeply think about our customers and industry and. How do we want to show up in 2025? So I hope you guys had time to yourself and to the family.

And I had time to reflect on 2024. Reflect on the biggest mistakes that you've made. And the greatest successes. And what mistakes are you going to make in 2025? What are your goals? I want to quickly thank everybody listening. Our partners, especially our [00:01:00] customers. KayaPush won the best software of the year at the Emjays last year.

Tommy: We started KayaPush to democratize information. We found that great technology, to help simplify people management, was not readily available in our industry. So we started with this mission to simplify people management. I want to thank everyone again for making this happen. We are building uh, something amazing in 2025 and,

I can't wait to share with everyone when the time comes. So stay tuned for that. With the holidays out of the way. I'm so excited for this coming year. We started this podcast to help entrepreneurs along their journey to success. And we try as much as possible to bring on guests, that can share information to help you on your journey. There's this quote that has just stuck with me. And then it was said by somebody a long time ago. That only fools learn from their own mistakes. Wise men learn from the mistakes of others. And I, I live and die by this quote every day. We hire people that are smarter than us, that have seen the story before, to learn from their mistakes. And my new year's resolution, actually, is to read [00:03:00] more books this year than the previous two years combined. And our goal is to make sure that our pod truly lives by those quote.
